01The challenge

A simple brief.

The Forum wanted people to feel what it was like to be inside their store before they even walked through the door.

They didn't want another generic promotional video. They wanted to capture the energy, personality and warmth that made the Forum different.

The team. The atmosphere. The customers. The little moments that make the experience memorable.

The content needed to work across their social media while giving potential customers a genuine sense of what happens inside the store.

02 — The idea

Don't just show the store. Make people feel it.

We developed the shoot around the people who make the Forum what it is. Rather than simply filming products and interiors, we captured the interactions, personalities and everyday moments that give the store its character.

The aim was to make the viewer feel like they were already there.

03The execution

A complete visual content package.

Hero Reel. The main focus was an energetic, attention-grabbing Reel designed specifically for social media.

  • The Forum team
  • The energy inside the store
  • Customers interacting with the team
  • The atmosphere throughout the day
  • The personality behind the business

Every shot was planned to build the feeling of warmth and community rather than simply ticking off a list of visuals.

04Photography

A library they keep using.

Alongside the video, we produced a collection of professional images that could be reused across their website, social media and marketing materials.

Giving the Forum a library of high-quality visual assets they could continue using long after the shoot.

05 — The result

It didn't just show the Forum. It felt like the Forum.

The Forum was genuinely excited with the final result. The team, the customers and the atmosphere all came together to create a piece of content that felt authentic to the business.

And that was the real objective.

06 — The takeaway

It isn't about showing people what a business sells — it's about showing them why they should want to be part of it.

For The Forum, we didn't want to make another corporate promotional video. We wanted to capture the feeling of walking through their doors. And that's exactly what we set out to do.
