Case study
HRC Coaching
From overwhelmed by social media to having a creative team behind the entire content operation.
Content Creation • Social Media Management • Creative Strategy • App Content

01 — The challenge
She knew it mattered. She didn't want to run it.
When we first started working with Heiyleigh at HRC Coaching, she knew social media was important for growing her business. The problem? She didn't want to manage it herself — and she didn't know where to start.
She wanted high-quality content that made her stand out from other coaches, attracted more clients and opened the door to brand opportunities.
But coming up with ideas, filming content, editing videos, writing posts and managing social media was simply another job she didn't have the time or expertise to take on. She needed a team that could take ownership of the creative side of her business.

02 — The approach
One professional shoot every month.
But every shoot had a purpose. We didn't just turn up and film a collection of random Reels. Before each shoot we developed a content strategy around a specific business objective.
The content was designed around her ideal client and the positioning she wanted to own. The goal was simple: make HRC stand out — not look like another fitness coach posting the same content as everyone else.
- Creating engaging content
- Growing her audience
- Attracting new clients
- Building her personal brand
- Creating brand partnership opportunities

03 — The app
The creative back-end of the product.
As the relationship developed, so did the role we played within the business. We became much more than the team behind her social media.
When HRC began developing an app for her clients, we helped bring the content side of that product to life — creating and managing the content her clients would actually use inside the app.

- Planning the exercise library
- Filming the exercises
- Creating custom content
- Editing the videos
- Writing exercise descriptions
- Organising the content
- Preparing the assets for the app
04 — The result
A dedicated creative team.
Over more than a year working together, HRC had a team taking full ownership of the content and social media side of the business. Instead of asking "what should I post today?", Heiyleigh could focus on what she does best: coaching her clients and growing her business. We handled the creative engine behind the scenes — strategy, filming, editing, publishing and digital content creation.
05 — The bigger impact
A system, not a pile of Reels.
The value wasn't simply having a collection of nice-looking Reels. It was having a consistent creative system built around the business. Every shoot had a purpose. Every piece of content had a reason for existing. And as HRC's needs evolved, the content evolved with it.

06 — The takeaway
You shouldn't have to become a content creator to grow your business.
HRC didn't need another social media manager. She needed a creative team she could trust to take ownership. We weren't simply creating posts and handing them back — we became the backbone of her content operation, turning her ideas, expertise and ambitions into professional content and digital assets that could actually move the business forward.
